Paella is a traditional Spanish rice dish originally from Valencia.

There are many variations.





Paella de la Casa is one of our most popular paellas.

It includes the following ingredients:

Olive oil, chicken thighs, salt, Spanish smoked paprika, Chorizo (Spanish pork sausage), Sofrito (traditional Spanish sauce of tomatoes, onions, garlic & parsley), short grain Spanish rice, chicken broth infused with saffron, bay leaves, peas, pimentos, artichokes & shrimp (deveined).


The ideal paella has a toasted rice bottom called socarrat.







If you would like to customize your paella, we will quote you based on your desired ingredients. We offer Seafood Paella, Valencia, Vegetarian & Organic!


Some suggestions:

SEAFOOD: lobster, calamari, shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, various fish filets, seafood broth, Paella Negra (squid ink added to saffron broth), crawfish

MEATS: steak, ground beef, veal, pork, rabbit, venison, Serrano ham, bacon, snails, eggs, free-range chicken

VEGETABLES: green & red bell peppers, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, squash, spinach, chick peas, potato, sweet potato, asparagus, olives

GARNISHMENTS: lemon wedges, rosemary sprig, cilantro

Our chef will prepare your fresh paella at your event. For large events, we suggest a variety of paellas.
