Paella Catering specializes in corporate catering, wedding catering, holiday gatherings and private parties and event production throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We are dedicated to excellence in the products served and the services provided.

So How does it all work?

It's simple! We will arrive in good time to set up equipment , We don't need to be near water or electricity; Paella Catering is totally self-sufficient. Once the Chef fires up the pans, your guests will be able to gather around to enjoy the spectacle.

The Show Cooking takes around 40 – 60 minutes. We will ensure that your paella is ready to eat as close as possible to your chosen serving time. Until then, your guests will be entertained by the visual and aromatic spectacle of the large paella pan! Definitely a conversation piece and something to get the taste buds working!

Paella Parties are an alternative and distinctive form of catered event in which our chefs prepare paella in front of your guests. Often this will be accompanied with our buffet of tapas. All the usual options such as waiter service, china, tent rentals and decoration are available.

Whether you have an informal or a formal party in mind, Paella SF Catering can be tailored to your requirements. What makes a Paella SF stand out is the food, the spectacle, and the atmosphere. Whatever kind of event you have planned, our trained Chefs will make it a night to remember.

The Menu: You can choose from our set catering menus or from the full a la carte menu. We have a wide range of meat, seafood, vegetarian and even vegan options, both in our paella and in our tapas ranges. Our menu also has items that are suitable for children.

Presentation: We pride ourselves on our presentation. The tapas and paella are presented in a natural and authentic manner. All our staff wear appropriate uniforms. We present our tapas in authentic, or contemporary dishes. All presentational aspects are subject to your approval and will be discussed prior to the event.

Paella parties are usually outdoor events but, subject to suitable facilities being available, parties can be held indoors.
